Thank you to Yamina, my wonderfull, absolutly amazing teacher of Samba. Yamina's class is crafted differently every time mixing all the different styles of Samba from many regions of Brasil incorporating the cultural differences. Im definalty a much happier person with this art-form in my life and if your trying to get fit, this is the best and most fun way - gettin a good ass!! hehe...

Thank you so much for the love and respect you have about Brazilian music and culture. I do really appreciate your passion, talent, dignity , lidership and fantastic hard work. During the Fremantle Parade 2009, you have give us many inspiring moments. You have the magical ability of not only being able to play, reproduce and teach genuine Brazillian rhythms styles, but also the ability of being innovative, creative, surprising but keeping the authenticity of the music styles at the same time! It was so wonderful to be there watching Beleza performance. It was also very special to me the moment Beleza turned to jam with the Ancestrais Capoeira Group. You made me recall my favorite moment of the Carnival in Bahia. In the last day of the carnival in Salvador City, there is a tradition of all floats meeting at the " Castro Alves" Square, to play, to jam together. We call it " o encontro de trios". This is exactly what you have done. Is was moving, touching, magical, thank you so much! As a Brazilian singer myself, I feel very honnored and proud of your work. Obrigadao!!! Ju :-)
